Room in MURCIA

Room for rent in a three-bedroom shared apartment, one of which is already occupied by a woman. The idea is to rent another room to one person and leave the third room vacant for greater comfort. The apartment is centrally located, near Plaza de Toros, cozy, and close to all amenities. It is on the third floor without an elevator, but it is very comfortable and has plenty of natural light. The rent is €400 plus expenses. Proof of financial solvency is required. Please send me a private message with any questions.
