10 m² room in Barcelona

Hello, I rent a room for a boy or girl. I am looking for clean, tidy, and respectful people who are working. Pets are not allowed. The room is in Cornellà, near Sant Ildefons metro station, very central, with shops, supermarkets, buses, metro line 5, tram, etc. Price: 400 euros per month. Two months' rent is requested in advance. No deposit required. For anything else, contact me privately. Thank you.
