Room in Asturias

I have a room available for the entire 2026/27 academic year, from September to June, in the centre of Oviedo, in a five-bedroom flat. The other four rooms are occupied by students returning from last year. The rent is €340 plus shared electricity, gas, and water bills. The room is furnished with a 110 cm bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and shelving. I would preferably like students staying for the entire academic year.
